This section features recharging stations for automotive air-conditioning systems and their main accessories.

since it can carry out a complete recharging cycle even without the operator’s intervention (by setting the amount of oil to be injected at the start).
In the HD (acronym of Heavy Duty) version, it is equipped
with a vacuum pump with 8.4 cubic meters/h and a storage cylinder
with capacity of 27.2 litres, in order to work not just on cars but also
on buses, industrial vehicles and all systems that contain large
quantities of gas.
CLIMA TECH TOP is a completely automatic mobile instrument for the diagnosis and recharging of automotive air-conditioning systems equipped with the latest technologies available on the market.All taps have been replaced with electronically-controlled solenoid
valves, for maximum automation and accuracy of each single phase
of the recharging cycle. The new, completely redesigned control logic
card features a large alphanumerical display with 4 rows x 20 digits
(to display workshop data, vehicle data and other additional information)
and an alphanumerical keyboard used to enter numbers and text.
It is equipped with a built-in database of the circulating vehicle fleet,
with all recharging values (quantity of gas to be injected, quantity of
oil, vacuum time, etc.) with 20 free selections that can be customised
by the user, according to specific requirements. ClimaTech TOP is also
equipped with a graphic printer that prints out the results of all the
different phases in order to confirm the successful outcome of the
operation (the ticket can be customised with the workshop’s specific
information).
Magneti Marelli’s Ozone Maker is the new microbiological decontaminator for the passenger compartment capable of eliminating all kinds of odours.Unpleasant odours are caused by bacteria and allergens; perfumes only cover them up but do not actually get rid of them. Ozone, on the other hand, can permanently destroy all forms of bacteria, mites and cigarette smoke in the passenger compartment.

Battery Tester is a Magneti Marelli exclusive product, developed to satisfy
repair needs on diagnostics and maintenance of start batteries.
Special attention was paid to performances and to making the instrument user-friendly.
TPMS CONNECT
TPMS Connect is the Magneti Marelli instrument used to check 
electronic valves on tyres, for the wireless measurement of
tyre pressure and temperature and, generally speaking, for checking the TPMS (Tyre Pressure Monitoring System).
DIAGRAM 500
It turns a normal PC into a functional oscilloscope, simply by
connecting to the USB port, or in wireless mode thanks to Bluetooth technology, with features that make it a laboratory instrument for professional use. The hardware unit is protected by a special plastic shell, designed for workshop use. It offers the possibility to acquire 1, 2, or 4 tracks, with sampling of 500kS/s and a maximum measurable amplitude of +/- 100V. It also incorporates a high-performance graphical multimeter and an entire set of sensors to measure the most important physical quantities.
